Leadership and The Need for A Leader

Since leaders inspire their followers, they play a key role in the outcome of how their specific group behaves. Leadership can also be perceived as a particularly emotion-laden process, with emotions entwined with the social influence process.

Thus, if a leader is filled with possitive charisma, it is possible that, such motivation passes on to those he or she leads.

What this means for those that follow leaderships? If you have reasonable conclusions that a partucular leader only passes on stress, negativism and sarcasim, it is best to quit following such a leadership, think independently and objectively decide on a leadership that best represents the values that portray good moral standards, legal ethics and so on.

This is a summary of an article written on Liberian leaderships that will be posted here shortly.
